Betty Liz Balloons blossomed after Novelties Unlimited of 43 years closed its retail store. I am still offering everything you loved and found at Novelties Unlimited in balloons supplies and services with the same superior great service. I am in a new location that is central to all areas in Norfolk, right off Granby Street close to DePaul hospital and Granby HS, about 5 minutes from Ghent and surrounding areas of town.

I can fill your balloons or ours, you can even rent helium tanks if you prefer to do it yourself. If you want to buy flat balloons and create your own design we offer every color of balloons and ribbon. I can make any size bouquets for any occasion for pick up or delivery. I make some fantastic columns , towers and flexible garlands too. I try to be available when you need me and even for last minute orders. Of course it is better to call ahead of time but life is busy and sometimes we just run out of time. I am quite proficient at last minute help. So our hours are posted as 7days a week as available.
